Our Story
Founded in 2015, ExpenseIn set out to make expense management easier and less frustrating, replacing time-consuming, paper-based processes with a smarter, faster solution.
As we grew, we introduced new modules like invoice management, carbon reporting, volunteer expenses and expense cards - all designed to save businesses time and hassle.
Today, we help companies in over 50 countries process more than a million expenses every month.
In January 2025, we were acquired by AccountsIQ to bring even more value to finance teams. Together with the AIQ team, we continue to innovate and scale, helping businesses take control of their finances with smarter, more connected solutions.

Richard’s role is centered on building great products, aligning technology with business goals, and creating roadmaps that support sustainable global growth. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and walking his dogs.

Head of Sales
Emma is in charge of managing ExpenseIn's team of salespeople and growing our partnership relations. She enjoys hiking, trying new cuisines and sitting in the garden with a good book.
Claire O'Reilly-Meredith
Head of Service Delivery
Claire and her team are responsible for creating a successful onboarding and customer experience. She enjoys a good thriller book, gardening, and a meal out with her friends.
Vicky Everall
Head of Finance
Vicky oversees ExpenseIn's day-to-day financial operations whilst also supporting customers with their billing queries. She enjoys motorsport, going for a run and the outdoors.
Linda Roper
Head of Marketing
Linda looks after the brand and all things digital at ExpenseIn including social media, the website or email campaigns. She enjoys going for walks and bike rides in the great outdoors.
James Hastings
Head of IT
James oversees IT, Security and Compliance to ensure a secure, customer-centric digital workplace, optimized, efficient, certified. He enjoys volunteering, family history and travel.
